While there is always a great event to highlight, a restaurant to talk about or a outdoors activity to explore, we thought it might be fun to highlight one of our favorite cabins once in awhile! Today our gorgeous Wanderlust Cabin is taking center stage and if you have been looking for a place where your whole family can rest and relax in comfort and style, this cabin will take your breath away.
When you hear the word “cabin” you may immediately picture a small one-room building that offers a bit more of a “roughing it” kind of style. Not Wanderlust—this extremely spacious cabin that sleeps up to 8 people is located close to Beavers Bend Resort State Park in Timber Creek Trails. The first thing you will notice is your privacy. There are no noisy neighbors here as this cabin is nestled in 2 acres of piney woods. The next thing you will see is the majestic stone fireplace that shoots straight up to the cathedral ceilings and is surrounded by windows. The natural light that floods in just adds to the warmth and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has all that you will need to make any masterpiece you can think of, including a slow cooker and Panini press!
Two master bedrooms each have a king bed and their own private bath. The loft has plenty of space with a queen bed and the pull out sofa in the living room is also a queen. The outdoor patio is a great space to relax and have fun—relax in the outdoor covered living room by the wood burning fireplace, take a nap in the plush lounge on the second floor sun deck or read a book with a coffee in hand by the indoor gas fireplace. Wanderlust is close to a host of local hot spots and attractions and a great option if you want a spacious cabin for special getaway or a place where all of your friends can fit with room to spare.
