Spring lies in wait just around the corner and for Idabel, OK that also means that Dogwood Days are coming! Taking place on April 5, 2014, this spring event is one that thousands look forward to each and every year.

The Dogwood Days Festival arose to celebrate the gorgeous blooms of the    thousands of dogwood trees that are found around the Idabel, OK area. The brilliant whites and pinks of these trees create a simply beautiful backdrop for such a fun community event.

This event is held every year on the first Saturday in April and each time it comes around, the activities surrounding the event just get bigger and better. Locals and visitors will have a hard time fitting in all that there will be to do this year! Here is just a sneak peek at what you can look forward to:
