Texas Two Step

Staying at Texas Two-Step is the perfect way to spend time with family and be surrounded by nature. Sitting on just over 2 acres, this 2 story cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with an upstairs loft, enclosed patio, and playground. This Texas decor cabin has over 2,000 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 10 to 12 people comfortably.

Step inside and you're greeted by vaulted ceilings and gable windows on the front and back side of the cabin. The living, dining, and kitchen area are the central portion of the cabin with the bedrooms arranged on either side. The living area features a built in entertainment center and stone fireplace as well as comfy seating for family and friends. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs with a loft upstairs featuring a bunk bed, foosball table, and TV. The master suite has french doors leading outside to a limited access deck which can be opened up to offer a one of a kind view from the comfort of the king size bed.

You'll find an enclosed sunroom with shuffle board and casual lounge seating off the back of the kitchen that leads outside to the back deck. The back deck features a grill with patio seating and access to a lower deck which offers an uncovered hot tub and views of the surrounding forest. A notable attribute of this location is the abundance of outdoor space which features a playground for the kids and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. This charming cabin is sure to become your new favorite!

8 Bed Types, Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably - Maximum Occupancy is 14 people. You will need to bring additional bedding for maximum occupancy (air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc.)

AMENITIES

Texas Two-Step offers plenty in the way of entertainment and amenities. The cabin features three decks, sunroom with shuffle board, loft with foosball table and darts, grill, fire pit, playground, and hot tub. Internet connected Roku TV in Living Room with Netflix, Music, cable, and pre-programmed with classic Western Movies. All bedrooms feature a Roku TV plus a Roku TV upstairs in the loft area which includes a four-player XBOX with dozens of games. Dedicated iPhone and Android Phone chargers at each bedside plus more in the kitchen, living room and loft. Bluetooth Speaker for music all over the property.

Located on Beavers Bend Resort Park Rd (Hwy 259A) in the Southern Hills Addition. Just minutes from the area attractions:

Texas Two-Step Cabin is located in an area with other cabins, the area is known as Southern Hills (Hwy 259A which is Beavers Bend State Park entrance road) (Please click to view map) Each cabin in Southern Hills is located on one to two acre lots. This cabin is not secluded. There are a lot of trees in this area. Texas Two Step’s deck area faces the forest and has a large backyard allowing for a lot of privacy.

Boat and Trailer parking is easily available. The driveway is flat and easy to pull in and back out. The cabin is located on the backside of Southern Hills and you can enter or exit from the north or south. The road to the cabin is a black-top road. The driveway is gravel. The area is motorcycle friendly. Located approximately 3 miles east off of Hwy 259. You will not hear highway noise from this cabin.
