Warmer weather is here, and with it comes our town’s tradition of fun events for both locals and visitors to enjoy. We would like to formally invite all of our Beavers Bend Creative Escapes guests to join our town in some unique pastimes in May. During this month, May 16, 2015 is the date of choice, when fun can be had with Cool Cars & Crazy Cones and Music MAYnia & More.

May 16, 2015: Cool Cars & Crazy Cones
6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Main Street, Broken Bow
If you get your fill of Art and Music in the morning and afternoon, come to downtown Broken Bow where classic car enthusiasts and their families will enjoy this yearly event sponsored by the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce. See cars produced before 1973 and enjoy kids’ games and activities, family activities, food, the “Mighty Midget Kar Race” (a ‘Midget’ being a very small vehicle with high power-to-weight ratio), prizes and a street dance. The event lasts from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and takes place on Main Street in downtown Broken Bow. There is no admission fee for this event.

It will be a full day of fun for the entire family at these two annual events! This will be a great way to cap off a week-long cabin getaway in one of our many welcoming Beavers Bend Creative Escapes vacation homes. We look forward to seeing you!
