Set on nine acres, formerly part of Oklahoma National Forest, it is a landscape that’s tailor-made for relaxing, away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Hill House is a contemporary new home with expansive views, built with soothing design materials and thoughtful details that blend the warmth inside with the serene beauty outside. Interior walls and ceilings are solid pine with rough-cut cedar trim. Furnishings reflect a creative spirit with artistic designs, such as iconic 1950’s-era chairs and up-cycled sofa, an antique European farm table, and custom pipe and cedar shelving. The art throughout the home is from the owners’ travels and includes Amazonian feathered headdresses, New Zealand aboriginal paintings, and African woven textiles.
A huge two-story concrete block fireplace sets off the great room, 
which opens to a dream modern kitchen, where a textured granite island and slab countertops add natural touches. 
There are two bedrooms, each with a custom platform bed and a private bath that has an Italian-tiled shower. An expansive glass wall with an eight-foot sliding glass door brings the outdoors in, and offers each room private access to the decks, infinity hot tub and exterior shower.
