- After visiting this spot, head to another Akransas waterfall. Crooked Creek Falls is found within the Albert Pike Recreational Area and only takes a roughly 20-minute hike to reach.
- A unique waterfall experience is Heavener Runestone Falls. Found within a 55-acre park in Heavener, this spot is home to more than a beautiful waterfall. There is also a large sandstone with eight markings believed to have been a boundary market made by Vikings.
