Polices for Our Broken Bow and Beavers Bend Cabins
Now is the perfect time for a getaway to one of our luxury cabins in Oklahoma!
We have a variety of privately owned homes for you to choose from, making it easy to find something to fit your needs. For those who wish to travel with their favorite four-legged friends, we do offer pet friendly cabins near Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
For your convenience, Beavers Bend Creative Escapes offers a fully automated reservations system, which enables you to shop for your preferred date, choose your favorite cabin, and reserve that cabin, as well as pay for those accommodations electronically.
As much as we would prefer to meet you in person and host your entire stay, the need for automation and online hospitality unfortunately is replacing our cheerful greeting upon your arrival and our warm “good bye” as you depart.
With this lack of personal contact, it is imperative that we list our company policies to help insure that any unpleasant incidents are kept to a minimum.
A two-night minimum stay is required with a three-night minimum on major holiday weekends.
A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) must accompany all reservations.
All reservations require a $50 deposit that is nonrefundable.
14 days prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay. This is non-refundable.
Our units are all smoke free.
Each cabin sets its own pet policies. Pet-friendly cabins are designated with a dog icon. (A cleaning fee will be charged if repairs or extra cleaning is required after your departure. Pets left unattended in an unfamiliar place may not behave as they normally would at home, so we suggest keeping your pet in a crate to help it feel more safe & secure.)
We can accept no responsibility for losses or accidents that occur for the duration of your visit. We strive to insure that all properties under our care are safe and secure.
Be aware that four-wheelers as well as any unlicensed off-road vehicles are not legally permitted on the county roads that lead to and from the cabins. This is enforced by local officers, with a minimum fine of $250 for those violating this law.
We have implemented these policies in the hope that they will enhance your stay.
