Cabin Rental Policies Back....
For your convenience “Creative Escapes” offers a fully automated reservations system which enables you to shop for your preferred date, choose your favorite cabin, and reserve that cabin, as well as pay for those accommodations electronically.

As much as we would prefer personally meeting you and hosting your entire stay the need for automation and on-line hospitality unfortunately is replacing our cheerful greeting on arrival and our warm good bye as you depart.
With this lack of personal contact it is imperative we list our company policies to help insure any unpleasant incidents are kept to a minimum.
  • A two night minimum stay is required with a three-night minimum on major holiday weekends.
  • A valid credit card (visa, MasterCard, discover) must accompany all reservations.
  • A $25 non-refundable deposit will apply on all reservations requested.
  • A minimum 14 day notice, prior to arrival, is required on all cancellation requests for refund consideration.
  • A charge equal to one nights stay will apply with less than 14 days notice.
  • Seven days prior to arrival your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay.
  • To receive a full refund (less the $25 handling fee) the above points must be met and request made by phone only.
  • Our units are all smoke free.
  • Our pet policy varies per cabin. Look for the happy puppy for pet friendly cabins.
  • We can accept no responsibility for losses or accidents occurring during your stay. Every effort will be made to secure and make safe all facilities under our management.

We hope these policies will help insure your stay meets all of your expectations, your reservations are handled properly and our quality of service remains above reproach.
